Return & Refund Policy

At Vybe Parties, we're dedicated to providing you with quality products to enhance your celebrations. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 business days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food items, beverages)
    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Opened or used items, including:
      • Tableware (plates, cups, utensils)
      • Decorations (balloons, streamers)
      • Party accessories (hats, masks)
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Items from our Vybe Boxes or 'Party in a Box' collections, as these are sold as complete sets and cannot be returned partially

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Support at hello@vybeparties.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Await confirmation and return instructions from our team. Please note that we do not accept returns without a return authorization number.
  3. Shipping: Securely package the item(s) and ship to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once received, we'll inspect the item(s). Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report Immediately: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide Evidence: Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Resolution: We'll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled if they haven't been processed or shipped. Contact us promptly.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our return process.

Additional Information

  • If you received a promotional discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return.
  • For customers who used a free shipping code, the original standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
